Our tour begins with a visit to a local market where we will have chance to meet the different ingredients used in the preparation of the Bolivian food like quinoa, amaranth, oca, peppers and other species typical of Bolivia.
Later, we will have the opportunity to visit a typical restaurant of the city where a team of Chefs Bolivians share with us their technical and submit tasteful options we can learn to prepare.
Finally we will taste a gourmet Andean lunch to close our wonderful experience.
